Each of us are consistently breathing, but how often do we breathe consciously? Transformational breathwork is a potent practice of cyclical breathing that facilitates your entering into a extra-ordinary state of consciousness for emotional release, stress reduction, and deep healing.

It is like a deep cleanse of your mind and body, helping you unlock inner peace and vitality. By intentionally shifting your breathing patterns and surrendering to the body’s wisdom, you can access and release unresolved trauma, easily creating space for profound transformation.

From there, we’ll schedule a 75-minute session—either in person at my ceremony space in Brooklyn or virtually from the comfort of your home.
